The inaugural Castellani Cup, held at Barbury Shooting School on October 9th, 2024, was a fantastic success, drawing shooting enthusiasts from across the UK for a thrilling day of competition. The event sold out completely, highlighting the immense popularity and growing prestige of this new sporting event, backed by Castellani UK and Viking Arms.
Participants had the chance to test their skills on a challenging 100-bird sporting course designed by renowned course setter Josh Brown, offering an excellent mix of excitement and competition. The course was a true test of precision and skill, pushing shooters to perform at their absolute best.
Celebrating the Winners
The competition was fierce, with some spectacular scores recorded throughout the day. Congratulations to Phil Smith and Richard Faulds, who both tied for High Gun with an impressive 94/100. They set the bar high for future competitors! Special mentions also go to Dean Horswell, who secured third place overall with 93/100, and Luke Mortimer, who took first place in the AA category with 93/100.
